Just saw a young female employee tease or taunt a customer as he was leaving. It's Friday night in Cairns and you aren't busy, why would you push customers away?
Fri 27th Feb '26, 9pm, female employee, ignores me when I placed item on counter, and then says ' thirty four' ... As I walk out she makes a rude comment I didn't catch and then said she was only joking. Worst. Customer service. In Cairns....
Fri nite in Cairns, it's the 27/02/26 and I just watched a female employee laughing and teasing a customer because of his lack of English. It's a tourist spot. Imagine when she goes to a foreign place.
No customer service, but got what I came for by looking around while staff talked to each other and continued to talk to each other while I was paying. No acknowledgment.
