I went to shop at BWS Brooker today and the store was nicely filled with wines. I was also assisted by Team Member Riwaj for selecting a Tassie wine. Also, Michelle at checkout was wonderful person too. She greeted me with a warm smile and even offered me a free bag to put in my wines. This is now by preferred store.
The only thing thing that ruined my visit to this store, was the older female with bleached blonde hair with the lousy attitude, other than that, great selection of alcohol
This is a true and honest review. I went to this store before xmas and unfortuneately. I was served by Michelle (the manager I beleive) She was rude, unhelpful and ignored me. I have heard similar comments from other people. She seriously needs training in how to be respectful to ALL CUSTOMERS!!! Horrible customer service on her part. Unfortunately, we know each other from the past. I ended up leaving and went to Dan Murphys. I do not recommend here Horrible and rude manager. DIsgusting customer service. Dan Murphy's is the best place ever. Go to Dan's for all your alcohol needs. Shop needs a good clean.
