This location of BWS has an older woman work there with bleached blonde hair with the worst customer service ever. She seriously needs training in how to interact with customers. Store has great variety of alcohol but through her, I will stick to Dan Murphys. By the way, this is an HONEST AND TRUE REVIEW!!!

I went to shop at BWS Brooker today and the store was nicely filled with wines. I was also assisted by Team Member Riwaj for selecting a Tassie wine. Also, Michelle at checkout was wonderful person too. She greeted me with a warm smile and even offered me a free bag to put in my wines. This is now by preferred store.
