Pathetic customer service, go anywhere else
We bought a bottle of scotch as a gift and forgot to take it up to the Sunshine Coast on our trip. He let us return the bottle without a receipt, the guy spent about 10 minutes searching for the transaction and could have easily given up. We ended up buying the scotch from bws online in the Sunshine Coast for our mate and saved money from avoiding postage. Thank you
