One person's service always feels grumpy. Other than that, just a standard shop

Staffs helpful and warm
I had a very upsetting experience at this store today. While purchasing alcohol, a staff member named Ash aggressively slapped my card out of my hand. As someone dealing with depression, this behavior was extremely triggering and significantly worsened my suicidal thoughts. I hope the management takes this incident seriously and ensures proper training for staff to treat customers with respect and sensitivity. No one should be made to feel this way.
Very bad customer service. The stuff Ash looks like not given customer service training properly.
