Michelle at customer service was great. Cody installed 10 blinds in under an hour. He was very professional, friendly and knew what he was doing. Great experience all around.
I found out about them through my builder, and I’m really impressed. The owner, staffs, & their blinds are all excellent!, which is hard to find these days. They also send contractors to install the blinds for you. It’s a big place, and honestly, it’s worth checking out instead of spending time searching online or ordering from home improvement stores, then waiting weeks without knowing what you’re going to get."
Overall experience is very good. Very quick and installations are done as required.
Customer service was great & the process was very fast. Installation guy was in & out within 30 min. The blinds are great quality & way more affordable than what our builders were quoting us.
Today a very nice gentleman named Tibius Sims took time out of his busy schedule by coming out and installing my blinds with no hesitation. You are a true hero for that. You did a wonderful job I'm very satisfied. Thank you 😊
