I was initially happy with the boiler installation from B Wilson Plumbing & Heating—the work looked neat and well done. However, the post-installation communication has been extremely poor. I reported a leak from the condensate pipe in early December, and while they made an attempt to fix it, the issue persisted. I contacted them again towards the end of December, but as it was Christmas, suggested it could be scheduled for the new year. Absolutely fantastic guy went above and beyond to help me out with some portable radiators due to me having no heating very friendly polite and even delivered them didn’t ask for a penny what a fabulous man highly recommend this business to anyone if only there was more than 5 stars worth 100 stars all day long thank you so so much
This was our first time using Bradley and his team and we will definitely be using again and certainly recommending. Bradley visited to quote on a full refit of our bathroom and followed up with some great ideas. He seemed to know exactly what we were looking for.
