Fell hard for this place but so disappointed!! I wanted a terrarium already built and could not find one so I bought several lovely small plants for which I was given attractive instruction cards. At home I noticed all of the plants were not covered by the cards and when I found the ones identified by the associate online, most did not look like the plant I bought. After 2 days of being confused and frustrated, I called and asked re: return policy. The associate didn't know but said she would call me in 24 hours. Never heard... read more

We have an entire wall of pre-made terrariums towards the back of the shop- our staff should have directed you there and I apologize if they didn't! Occasionally we get varieties of 2" plants in our weekly tropical & succulent assortments that we've never had before, though we're generally quite confident which family they belong to (and thus how to care for them).
