They installed a garage door spring, charged more than initially quoted claiming it was a superior spring. The spring was so superior it was too much for our door. When issues arised, no one answered the phone and could not reach them. Had to call another company to fix the issue. Their customer service is not what you would expect after paying for a very expensive spring.
terrible rip off This company did shoddy repair work Charged us for equipment to do repairs and finally just completely ghosted us after taking money to do a job that was never done. DO NOT trust these people!!! the address is to a shared office space. they don't even have a fixed business address.
We used BWI Garage Door’s services for over a year to service a lemon of a roll up garage door at our residence in DC. He always tuned it up so well it almost seemed brand new. When our garage door motor eventually gave out and just stopped mid-track or wouldn’t start moving at all, I called Adina at BWI Garage Doors first and spoke to her in detail about the issue. Paid a deposit 50% for services and they never showed up to do the services. They were consistently showing up on other work then just completely disappeared. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY! We are going to have to take care of this issue in the legal system now.
