I had a review posted before but it has since been removed. So this is my experience with this awful company. I worked at the Suncoke BWH location. I had issues with a supervisor taking their cat to work letting poop and not cleaning it up. After reporting the supervisor I was kicked out of the family BBQ, I then found out the BBQ still happened but they had it when I was not around. Communication is terrible. Pay was decent but the company really could care a less about you. They will hardly answer your texts or give updates on anything. I was contracted by them here in Ohio. Had a meeting with CEO & he made it seem like it was all serious. I haven’t heard anything from the company in over 2 months!! They never told me I was terminated or anything!!! Just stopped answering me cold Turkey… I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND working with this company…
They have improved their security here in the past month as a result of meetings between residents and the mayor and the LMHA director. There was a fire set here Wed night. Since than they have tripled the number of guards, and they are walking the floors. Their guards are actually doing their jobs now, not playing on their phone or sleeping.
