I fell in January 2023 due to ice. I was in a lot of pain unable to get thru the day my day basically ended at noon. Ugh not good after several weeks of enduring this I began researching for a chiropractor well I settled on this place it offered alternative therapies such as acupuncture, infrared sauna, massage, and nutrition. I have not yet used the chiropractic services, but I love Bwell Health because it is one of the few infared sauna locations in Maine! I don’t want to list all the benefits of Infared sauna here because then all the booking slots will be too full for me to get in 🤣! It makes you feel pampered and additionally there is a lot of science in favor of infared sauna.
I was looking for a place with an infrared sauna that didn't require a membership. I found bwellhealth center and had my first visit today. It was easy to find and park. I felt welcome and the instructions were clear. I felt comfortable and the sauna itself was just what I needed. It felt so good to absorb the warmth. I will be back!
I have worked as a nurse for many years and developed some painful and limiting chronic health needs. Dr Bardwell was able to help resolve these issues in a very short time. He is highly skilled, professional and courteous. I highly recommend him to friends and clients because of the positive results I've experienced.
My husband hurt his back on a snowmobile trip, could hardly move. Dr B was able to get him in same day, after two visits and he's moving around much better and hardly complains of pain.
