Do not recommend going here if you’re sick. It was a disorganized, unstructured, waste of my time. Waited 45 minutes while they “checked my insurance”. I inquired what the delay was, bc I was told there was currently no wait, and receptionist advised that the doctor couldn’t see me until billing called back to confirm my insurance. After more time passed, I asked for an update & she further clarified that billing had to manually verify all insurance coverage for services requested, and that her hands were tied until they cal... read more
