ATTENTION LANDORDS LISTEN UP.........Do not hire this company to manage any of your properties they had a handyman (owners husband) tighten an old toilet water line instead of replacing the part an $8.00 part which then burst and flooded the whole upstairs of the home. It cost over $5,000.00 to repair damage that could have been avoided. Run far away from this place.

We have loved renting from BWE Realty for 2 years! Renee is helpful, professional, and understanding - She is a great property manager. We had no issues with the apartment, and were in a great location. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Renee is very professional not like the many other rental management companies that I have tried to call in Nashville they never return a phone call but Renee with BWE must be the owner of the company bcos service like this is a thing of the past
