Place is an absolute dump. No signs to assist you for your first time into facility. The two receptionist are ok guys. Operators are great. Procedures to load are absolutely ridiculous. Better get use to driving in circles. Parking lots rough as all get out and a dust bowl. Absolutele joke. Been to way nicer facilities.
Time consuming to get to. Traffic lights 35 to 45 mph. But very good service and friendly professional team. They move a lot of trucks in a short time.
Being a truck driver and going to BWC terminal is always a great experience. Their staff try their hardest to get you in and out as quickly as possible. They are absolutely professional in their jobs and they take their job seriously. 90% of the time it is easy to move around and get in and out. There are those times that it is very, very congested just because all drivers seem like they show up all at the same time.
