Have ordered online a few times now. Most recent I inquired after hours about a product, Jason replied back well outside of business hours to get me the information I needed. I placed an order on January 1st(stat holiday) and had a shipping confirmation that day, parts in my hands a province away in two business days. Hands down some of the best customer service out there is from the group at BWC. Great place to buy from, had a break down right before Christmas. Parts were ordered online and ready for shipment first thing the next morning so I could have them before the holidays. Top notch guys to deal with and a Canadian company. Highly recommend these guys!
