Unprofessional. Workers are moving around not even looking at you. Typical $10/hr behavior. No problem, detention will be paid :)

The main lady in the office is very kind . Now her boss he refused to give his name. Is very rude killing him with kindness doesn't work. Straight rude. Waited 2 hrs almost for a dock. Not a problem. Waited an hr to be told they not loading me. Mind you i got photos of my perfectly dry trailer that just hauled paper up there by them. What he didn't know is i have loaded that same trailer out of there pretty recently. He told me he doesn't care if the customer doesnt care if the customer gets the load. Be prepared to spend 4-6 hours here lol and get your load messed up with someone else’s and experience the white lady in the office be as rude as possible it’s human decency to greet people so many times I’ve seen her be rude not to just me but to other drivers
