I purchased a used vehicle with a manual transmission and was told it needed a synchronizer for third gear. Called one place and told me it would be at least $800. I called B&W. There were no appointments for several weeks, however, they offered to drive it and check it out. They drove it and told me it was fine for now; that if it were their vehicle, they would not do anything at this time. Polite and professional on the phone and in person.
