Amazing service. They were fast, considerate, and fair. Was going to take my car to my last transmission shop I used, but found out about this small shop instead that has excellent reviews. People were not lying They are excellent. Now they will be my go to and I will recommend to others.
We were on vacation in Townsend when we experienced what we thought were trans problems so we were really stuck over 10 hours from home! Not only were we accommodated the very day we called but a different problem was spotted and repaired immediately to safeguard the remainder of our travels locally and to get us eventually home. Honesty and integrity and empathy for our plight meant the world to us. We can't thank you enough, BW!
I'm so glad we found this place when the transmission went out on our Chevy Silverado. Bobby under promised and over delivered on both the timing and pricing. Our truck was fixed the next day for less than the already super reasonable quote. The truck runs great and I've found our new go to for anything transmission related. Plus I love the location!

Huge shout out to BW transmissions for doing a fantastic job on my Nissan! We Paid half of what Nissan was going to charge and took half the time anywhere else would!! my car drives better than it did new!! They did such a great job I got them working on my Mustang now and already doing a great job with it!!! Call them if you need any auto repair!!!
