Was on the way to kansas city from Oklahoma. Stopped by to buy a pin for my turn over 5th wheel hitch. Pin is not available but a new center section was almost $400. After I told them it was my fault my pin was bent they told me to pull my center section and they would just give me one. Remember it was my falt the pond got bent. BUT THEY WILL GIVE ME WHAT I NEED TO FIX MY TRUCK. I've never had such good customer service in my life. I will continue to buy my hitches and recommend them to every one I know. Awesome people! I bought a 2015 F250 that has a B&W Turnover hitch in the bed, but whoever installed it never put the exhaust extension bracket in, required for the deisel. I spoke to Brooklyn and she said no problem, we can get one sent out. When I asked to pay, she said don't worry about it. It arrived a few days later and was any easy install.
