Neva and Danielle did a great job as Day of Coordinators for our wedding. Even though we didn’t go for their full planning package, their aisle planner platform/ checklist/ blog, emails, and meetings helped keep us on track with planning the wedding. It was so helpful to not have to worry about the timeline or cleaning up at the ceremony and reception. For anyone on the fence about getting a day of coordinator, the service is so worth it! A little late writing this review, but we had Blair help plan our wedding in January 2026. Hiring Blair and team to help plan our wedding was the best decision we could have made. From vendor selection to day of coordination, they made everything super easy. Blair & BW Studio are such an amazing team to have in your corner for your wedding!! Weddings are so unique because you need someone who is warm, friendly and sensitive during such a special (and stressful time), but also someone who is no-nonsense and helps you get answers, wrangle vendors, and execute.
