Professional and quick service. Any job big or small Brandon was always ready to help. Can't recommend him enough!
If you need a good refrigeration guy, Brandon is the one! Our commercial freezer wasn't working right. I called BW Refrigeration not knowing anything about them. I didn't get an answering machine or "press 1 for customer service". Brandon answered on my first try! When he told me he was backed up because of the hot weather I figured that we were looking at a month wait. Nope! He was there in 2 days! First off i would like to thank BW refrigeration LLC for fixing my comercial refrigerator. They have great customer service. From the first phone call that I made they answered right away and kept in communication. The gentleman that came out had to order a specific piece for my refrigerator and once it arrived had no trouble fixing it and having everyone done in a timely manner. I had a great experience with BW refrigeration LLC and I highly recommended them.
