Extremely unprofessional. My husband called him in the morning at 11 to set up a time for him to clean vomit out of our backseat he told my husband 2 pm he’d call him when he’s ready for him to bring the vehicle. He waits until 330pm to tell my husband he won’t do it. When my husband sent him pictures of the vehicle AT 11!!! so he knew exactly what he was cleaning up. Don’t recommend someone who wastes someone’s whole day when we could have found another company and now it’s too late in the afternoon
