Our luxury condos are close to several great Clearwater Beach restaurants and a variety of unique Shopping Experiences. We've been hosting satisfied guests on Clearwater Beach since 184 at Surfside Condos and The Villas of Clearwater Beach.

The condo we rented was in was updated, fully functional, clean and well equipped. We really couldn't have asked for anything more. There were plenty of beach chairs (6) in new or near new condition, and several other extras. I'm sure this will vary unit to unit. The unit we rented the year before was not as nice as the one we rented this year, but was still very nice.
Beautiful condo, great location and management is a pleasure to work with! Will definitely return!
We were return renters; building has 6 floors and elevator was not functioning most of the time. Two members of our party had recent orthopedics injuries and climbing 6 flights of stairs was extremely difficult. The washing machine in our unit would not spin; kept becoming unbalanced even with a small load of clothes. B&W management said we were doing something wrong. Finally sent a maintenance worker who saw the situation happen. We were left with not being able to do laundry.
We had an incredible stay at Clearwater Beach Villas A5. The condo was the perfect blend of luxury and comfort—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with every amenity we could possibly need. From the fully equipped kitchen to the plush bedding and thoughtful touches throughout, it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the best parts was the location. Have stayed here 8+ years and this year was terrible. From the ratty, filthy carpet, the second a/c unit not even beginning to cool down the back 2 bedrooms, thus the fans in those rooms; the freezer door that would only open 6 inches; to the washing machine that is totally inoperable and according to “Tom” the manager we, as women, don’t know how to run a washing machine because when it does spin, whether you have 1 piece or 6 pieces of clothing, it sounds like a semi coming through the wall.
