Stayed in unit A16 april 25 to may 2 2026. Absolutely loved the place. Condo was very clean and in excellent condition. Check in was very easy and B&W were extremely nice to deal with. It has a large balcony and the views were amazing. Great sunsets also.There was plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Cant wait to go back next year.

Fantastic doesn’t do our stay justice….201 unit is perfectly beautiful and has everything you can possibly need and more…stocked with all of your possible beach needs as well as all your kitchen items and linens…Tom Anna and Victor with B&W Mngt are terrific…..and of course the daily beach trip and the best sunsets you can imagine right there from your balcony…can not be beat ! Our stay at The Villas Condos at Clearwater Beach was absolutely wonderful. The view from our balcony was breathtaking—gorgeous white-sand beach and stunning sunsets every evening. Being just steps from the beach made it incredibly easy to come and go, and the calming sound of the waves was the perfect soundtrack to our stay. We spent hours just relaxing on the balcony, soaking it all in. Visited Clearwater beach for 4th of July week. Stayed in the Villas of Clearwater unit A7. I have been vacationing here since 1978 and this was my favorite place that I have ever stayed in. My 15 year old and his friend loves Clearwater. It was Close enough to downtown to be convenient but far enough out that we were not in the crowds. The unit was amazing and the hospitality was even better.
