Great location close to the beach. The pool is always clean. Excellent option for families in a quiet building. Ana is a nice host!
Our family group of 7 stayed in this unit in July 2026. The property looks exactly like the photos on the website. Prior to getting there, Anna answered all my questions about the property and was attentive & patient. Great communication prior to arrival and during stay. Minor maintenance issue was quickly addressed by Anna despite it being late at night. She went above and beyond to assist us during the stay. If you’re thinking of staying at Surfside, I would highly recommend it. We stayed here from 15th to 23rd July in Condominium 503, and it exceeded all of our expectations. We had an emergency change of accommodation after arriving at the property we had originally been given at Sailport in Tampa. Sadly, it was completely unfit for purpose. There was mould, damp throughout, windows that wouldn’t open, and even German cockroaches, so I had no choice but to refuse the accommodation.
