I wanted my yard to look better and be easier to maintain. Unfortunately the sod is very uneven and lumpy, plenty of bare spots, and a lot of mushrooms growing in it. The garden wasn't weeded properly and the weeds came back immediately. The stone pathway didn't get a weed barrier and the weeds are growing thru the path. A lot of money was spent for a mediocre job.
Work was unsatisfactory. I paid $2,000 for removal and disposal of all sticks and debris on front of property. This work was not completed as signed contract stated. I am a disabled combat Vietnam Vet, and am unable to do this work independently because of my injuries.
