INCOMPETENT!! Came in today to register a vehicle we just purchased from a couple. They wouldnt do it as there was "too many signatures" on the insurance paper... took it to another autoplan next door and we all laughed at how stupid they are as they stamped the paper and had us on our way in 5 minutes.. To be clear the clerk didn't know and asked the "manager". Pretty bad when even your manager doesn't know how to use a transfer form.
