Called to have someone come look at installing a flood light and a plumbing issue, told us they were in the area so would have someone come look if they had time and they would put us on “the list”. No one came that day which was fine but then a month went by with no word as to when we would be next on “the list”. Called and the lady said we weren’t on “the list” and she would put us on, okay fine mistakes happen.
