Recently had them out through our home warranty service and they told the warranty service it was a wiring issue in our attic, got the claim denied and then wanted to charge me $375 to fix it. We hired another electrician who came out and fixed it in 5 minutes as it turned out to be two wires touching right inside the outlet.
