I had a horrible experience at this Best Western. We checked into the hotel and there were pet pee stains all over the carpet, the floorboards, and the bedding. The lamps were covered in dust and cobwebs, and the light above the bathroom mirror was broken and halfway falling off. There were hairs already on the pillowcases when we got there, and worst of all when we laid down we found toenail clippings in the bed. I stayed here for just one night with my cat, and it was a terrible experience. I couldn’t sleep all night and ended up leaving early in the morning. The bed sheets were dirty and very old — I didn’t even want to use the bed. The room smelled bad, and the carpet was awful. I had to keep watching my cat so she wouldn’t lie on the floor. I didn’t even wait for sunrise or breakfast; I left around 4:30 a.m. because I couldn’t stand staying there any longer. I would never recommend this place, not even for a few hours.

When making our reservations the lady said we could check do a early check in as early as 1pm. I told her that would be great due to we would be attending a funeral of one of our cousin whom lost his life in the plant explosion in McEwen on Oct. 10. She said would be just fine to come early. I also advised we would be bringing our puppy. When we arrived the guy at the front desk I told him we had a reservation. He said check in is at 4pm.
