When I contacted Axel, he got back to me right away! He scheduled the appointment and clearly explained all the carpet cleaning steps. I really appreciated how professional and thorough the service was, and the carpets look amazing! I was so pleased that I’ve already booked them for another cleaning and suggested them to a neighbor.
