B.w. Carpet Care is incredible! i have used them a few times for carpet and upholstery cleaning, and every visit i am amazed by the results. An older bulldog and a light colored sofa, rugs, and high-traffic carpet are not the easiest mix, but after eddie and chris work their magic, everything looks fresh and feels almost brand new. They take great care with the cleaning process, pay attention to spots, pet hair, and odor areas, and treat the home with respect. They are careful when moving furniture and always put everything ... read more
This family-owned carpet cleaning company has been a great choice for both our office carpet cleaning and our home cleaning needs. They always do an excellent job, and the staff is truly friendly, upbeat, and easy to work with. Chris and Jonathan are very kind, honest, and professional. I also had an area rug that my puppy kept using during potty training, and I was constantly pulling out my carpet cleaner to try to remove the stains and odor. After a while, I was convinced I would have to throw the rug away because the urin... read more
I had a certain area rug style in mind and explained the look I wanted, and Jonathan pointed me in the right direction right away. I was really impressed with the rug quality, the design options, and the fair pricing. They made the whole process easy, from helping me choose the right rug to arranging delivery, installation, and professional rug cleaning services. I also liked that they offered custom rug design for a future project, which gave me even more confidence in their service. The customer care was friendly, knowledg... read more

We had a stair landing and two stairs with heavy pet urine odor and staining left behind from a previous tenant, and the carpet needed more than a basic carpet cleaning. He carefully removed the damaged carpet, used matching carpet from the walk-in closet in the primary bedroom for a seamless carpet repair, sealed the plywood underneath to help block odor, added fresh tack strips and new padding, and then steam cleaned all the st... read more
After a fire at my home in Charlotte, I worked with B.W. Carpet Care during the cleanup and again when it was time to move back in. The whole process was handled with real care and professionalism. They helped with the demo, cleanup, and restoration work, and they did everything they could to save my personal belongings. The area rugs, carpeted spaces, and larger upholstered furniture that needed deep cleaning came out amazingly well, even better than I expected. Stains, soot, and smoke residue were removed with great attent... read more
