I had the runner on my foyer stairs professionally cleaned because the carpet is a light color and really needed a deep cleaning. Chris answered the phone, sent over a quote very quickly, and kept in touch by text on the morning of my appointment. He arrived right on time and got to work on the stair runner with great care. I was really upset after deep red nail polish spilled on my white basket weave tile floor and soaked into the surface. Then I remembered they also handle tile and grout cleaning, so I called for help. Chris came out, explained the cleaning process clearly, and said if they could not remove the stain, there would be no charge. I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning service. Axel and Jonathan were friendly, professional, and took great care with every area they cleaned. Chris worked a miracle on the tough stains in our carpet. With four small children and plenty of spills, slime messes, coffee spots, and other accidents, we really thought we would need to replace the carpet. B.W.
