Our furnace died early Saturday morning. We called a few companies on their emergency 24 hour line and they confirmed a visit in 3 to 4 days...not much of emergency help. Then we got to BW Bouwman...not only did he answer his own phone (all the previous ones were call centers)..but he immediately assessed the issue and resolved it quickly. He took the time to explain what was happening and empowered us with knowledge. Top notch service 👌...definitely the only company we will deal with...Thank You!
After doing dishes in the bath tub for 4 days we were very pleased to see Dan appear. He spent 3 challenging hours unclogging pipes and was very pleasant and professional. So very happy overall! Four stars was due to the wait from the time we called until Dan came but we realize that the company is very busy.
