Paying $75 monthly for 30Mbps service - usually (daily) gets between 2.6 and 4Mbps in the real world. Of course BVU's own Speed Test app on their support page shows 29Meg! But any objective test shows horrible speeds. Calls to tech support are an exercise in frustration. That being said, I also get phone service and electricity and those services are great! Too bad they can't deliver the same excellent service in their Optinet offering.
