Mr. Vu is the best A/C technician! We requested a service visit because our A/C was making frequent noises, and we thought there might be an issue with the airflow or condenser. 8/2/2026 Yesterday afternoon all of a sudden my A/C went out. I called and explained the situation. They checked with their technician Rodney and they said he'd be there within the hour. Rodney checked the unit and found that a wire had melted, he made the repair and my A/C was working. Rodney was extremely helpful and knowledgeable diagnosing the problem. BVS Home Services has taken care of my A/C-Heating for 20+ years they have always given me excellent care.
