My experience with BVS is some of the most unethical, unprofessional, and disrespectful encounters I have ever dealt with any business. The sales representative literally mocked me for asking a question and be little my intelligence. Lied straight to my face and not only did the service not fix any of the issues he claimed would be fixed but made the system worse. Seems like they go through a lot of technicians. Every time they service there’s different technician all with their own opinion. He was nice enough and got the job done.
