I don’t generally leave reviews but this one had to be done. Location is close to Ohio city, Tremont, and downtown. The units themselves are incredibly unique and well kept. Weight room gets the job done and very updated. Awesome community with great people all around there. Ben as you see in multiple posts is a great manager to work with. You will always feel like a priority here. You will not regret calling this place home! A great 2 years spent at the BVQ Lofts.
We lived here for two years in a 2 bedroom apartment and have no complaints whatsoever. The apartment looked and felt brand new, with nice modern appliances, high ceilings, and spacious living area. Rent was a very fair price, especially for the area with anything you'd need in Tremont, Ohio city, or Lakewood being 10 minutes or less from the apartments.
