First class service and communication. I've now bought twice from BVN, native garden mix and turf preparation soil: the staff have excelled in their communication and the delivery drivers have been exceptional, making sure the soil was unloaded exactly where I wanted (calling me when I wasn't home). The quality of both products was also weed-free and excellent. Highly recommend BVN.
