First time calling and customer service gisel was rude
I purchased a compression stocking almost 2 weeks ago. I tried few times to put it on and it won't even go through pass my toes. It was very tight. I called the store and it is not exchangeable or refundable. So my co-pay down the drain. They did the measurement. I know the sales personnel are just doing their job and no control of the policy, just frustrating. Nothing against the sales personnel, they are nice.
