I recommend working with Dylan from this Bulgari. I purchased a piece for my wife, but at the time they did not have a 2nd item she wanted. It was old out nationally and no longer available. Dylan followed up 2 weeks later after finding one in another location for me. Further, it arrived the day before I flew out with my wife for her birthday and was unable to get to the store that day.
