I bought a B.zero1 men's bracelet from this store in Bal Harbour about 2 years ago. The staff at the store was nice and polite but the product I bought is certainly overpriced with a sub-par clasp mechanism. Only paying special attention allowed me to still have that bracelet. I complained, they took the bracelet back, kept it a couple of months for "repairs" in their NY repair shop. Nothing has been repaired, having the same poorly designed clasp .
