This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I understand this may not represent the entire Bulgari brand, but the experience here was extremely disappointing. Only security greeted me as I entered and there was no system and the way all SA assist customer was so unorganized. It felt like all the sales associates were only focused on customers making purchases because of their commissions. I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but my experience here was genuinely disappointing. I made an appointment by phone in advance, and even from the booking stage, the tone was unfriendly. I later called as a courtesy to let them know I would be running late due to unexpected traffic. Instead of accommodating the appointment, I was told that since they weren’t busy that day, I could basically disregard the scheduled time and just come in to “see if” the sales associate was available. I visited the boutique about a month ago and was greeted by Jay. I have been considering purchasing a timepiece and I wanted to take a look at their inventory. Jay was absolutely fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Lets just say I wasn't dressed to impress that day and I brought my brother and friend in with me, but he still treated us with the utmost respect.
