Terrible customer service. I bought 3 items. Each broke within a week and it was not my fault whatsoever. Getting it repaired took forever. They really should have been replaced as defective. The sales people are so slow to respond or don’t respond at all when I want to purchase something new so I have to go in person elsewhere because I don’t want to give them my business. The NYC, Vegas, Florence and Rome stores are 10000 x better and know how to treat customers.
Props to Lina and Patrick for getting my timepiece repaired at no cost! I bought the Aluminium as a gift 3 years ago and was delighted to find it was under warranty. Thanks again; I got it at one of the Las Vegas stores, but they treated me like I was their customer - outstanding. It was wrapped around a satin display stuffer inside a Bulgari pouch - a classy reminder of the excellence they're known for.
