Due to COVID-19, BVIP canceled our reservation which is understandable. The part that earns them 1 star (zero if I could) is that they are refusing to reimburse the $375 deposit, claiming we canceled our reservation. A global pandemic is hardly the time to start using your fine print to screw people out of their own money, especially during a time where families are out of work and need every dollar.
