I did not use this company for their services and called multiple times to tell them to take me off their list. The "owner" called me no less than 10 times(I confirmed with my voicemails that were left over the last 6 months). When he just called a few weeks ago i told him nicely we were already under contract with someone else and told me I made a huge mistake and was super rude. Due to COVID-19, BVIP canceled our reservation which is understandable. The part that earns them 1 star (zero if I could) is that they are refusing to reimburse the $375 deposit, claiming we canceled our reservation. A global pandemic is hardly the time to start using your fine print to screw people out of their own money, especially during a time where families are out of work and need every dollar.
