I terminated BVB for cause for many reasons 1. Job started late and wasn't near completion in one week: We made an agreement on the 3rd of September to start work on the 9th of September. The demo permit wasn't applied for till the 6th of September. Therefor, the job didn't start till the 11th of September. The actually demoliton didn't even start till the 12th of September.
