Placed an order for 8 lbs of Sodium Hydroxide (Lye) for pickup. I received an e-mail indicating my order was on hold because they would not ship to a residential address. I called customer support and was told, “the order was reviewed by upper management and they decided that they wouldn’t offer pickup on this product.” No other explanation was provided. Upper Management, if you don’t want to do pickup, then don’t offer it on your website!
