Forced to change dentist after coming here for several years as a family. Doctors are good and usually do a great job. Location is great and the place is clean with good amenities. Front office experience is a mixed one. Some are friendly but some are not. Also depends on your insurance. Had a HMO plan earlier and service was Ok. Very unethical and unprofessional office. They only see dollar signs on top of each patients head. The minute they look into your mouth they are looking for problems even when there is none. Maria the front office lady has such an attitude and should be working at a bar not a dental office. Dr Amandeep is a money hungry dentist
just letting you kniw these people are not professional orthodontic but putting braces on patients. they didnt know what they were doing. Maria the front desk is so rude ans unprofessional. i was in the middle of braces treatmrnt when i realised they dont specialize in braces. i almost lost my crown and they took all my money. Dr virk is slow and rude and so is her puppet maria. never been to such a horrible dentist clinic. if you want to save your money and energy please run away from this clinic.
The worst service ever they had two dentists, working on me during the same visit filling teeth. And then suddenly they stopped taking my insurance and never informed me I requested my dental records. They tried to tell me that they do not provide that under HIPAA law, they must. Again more lies provided by the lovely Miss Dentist.
Amazing service. I had a last minute request and needed an emergency filling due to an old filling falling out. They were able to get me in short notice on the same day and filled my tooth perfectly. Despite my anxiety, doctor was very gentle and professional. Staff was amazing. Thank you so much doctor and medical staff. Much appreciated.
