The job will get done yes. Their subs do a good job. If any issues arise, be prepared for a lengthy wait time for them to respond to your concerns. Don't expect a lien waiver. I've been asking regularly for over a month and still no response. My landlord was ignored as well.

These folks were referred to me by my management company One Stop out of Independence, MO ( considered the source) but communication had a lot to be desired and estimates for almost identical work hired elsewhere was 70% higher on deck repairs. Get at least 3 estimates from qualified contractors. Most times there is a HUGE difference.
