Our home buying experience in Wilmington was simple and quick thanks to Vanessa! She took the time to show us multiple homes and talk us through the best areas to call home for our family. We were able to find the home for us in just 3 days and closed quickly after that! I am so glad we worked with Vanessa, and beyond being a great realtor, my wife and I have remained friends with Vanessa and Joe. I would introduce Vanessa to all of my family and friends if they ever decided to move to the coast.

Highly recommend Joe and Vanessa Rieker. Joe and Vanessa just get it. First they ask questions and then listen to your answers. Next they will clarify what they heard about what your looking for.
