Had a great time at buzztech warrnambool today. Best place for screen replacements.
I really enjoyed my time at BuzzTech Warrnambool, all of the staff; Jake, Ben, Billy and Ira were very helpful and always polite. I'd highly recommend them for any; screen repairs or internal repairs on both iPhone products and Samsung. Even if you're just looking for a new phone case, I wouldn't walk past BuzzTech Warrnambool.
Out of towner went into BuzzTech to help with issues with Iphone. Customer service was brilliant. Would recommend.
Very disappointed with the service from BuzzTech. Firstly a young man kept on insisting that I had dropped my phone when I hadn’t. Another male looked at it & agreed with me that I hadn’t dropped it, then did go on to get my screen working again. This took all of a few minutes, for which I was charged $35. When asked what he did, he said that he had to put in a few sequences. I have since learned that all they did was reboot my phone.
