My son was one of her first customers, I stayed with her for about 3 years until i couldn’t make my appointment, and it was December 23rd -she refused to get him in and told me I need to keep my appointments, since then I’ve taken my son on sunrise hwy 15 barbers no waiting it’s much cheaper and they are all good with the kids.

I've been trying to get an appointment for my son who has sensory issues she has very limited availability when I went to book my appointment I was told I was blocked from booking appointments?!? I was 10 minutes late for my appointment and the woman refused to cut my son’s hair. She literally stood there doing nothing with no one else in the place and told me she could not cut his hair and she was going to charge my card for cancellation fee. Absolutely terrible customer service.

We have been going here for quite some time with my son (Autistic) and Pat has always been great, firm, but worked with my son. I have been trying to get him an appointment on app/online for two weeks. Every time I tried it said unable to make appointment. I thought it was an error with the system or something along those lines. I went in today to try to make an appointment only to be told he has been blocked as a client.
