The so called technician didn't tru the back wheel properly and broke the locking mechanism for the battery claiming that it just broke. I sent a video to Freesky and they said that the lock appears to be broken through negligence. I asked for the latching mechanism to be fixed and I think he thought it was the locking mechanism. I was told to come today (Tuesday) and no one was there and they wanted me to leave the bike at a print shop which I won't due because it doesn't seem safe to leave it anywhere other than the bike s... read more
Absolutely terrible customer service from start to finish. Once they had my money, they showed little interest in helping when a serious problem occurred. Communication was slow, unhelpful, and full of excuses instead of solutions. The level of care and professionalism was extremely disappointing. A company should stand behind its customers and take responsibility when things go wrong, but that was not my experience at all. I felt ignored, frustrated, and completely let down. Awesome place to buy and repair ebikes
Had the pleasure of working with Bill to have two bikes tuned up for the year, his customer service was courteous and professional. My girlfriend and I love how smooth our bikes are riding now. His technician did an excellent job getting them ready for the road. Highly recommend Buzzify, I got a fast turn around too for this time of the year. Thanks!
