I love this workout gym and the staff are so kind and attentive. Love that it's open 24hours too
What can I say? Between the strong body odor from some people who go to this place, the rude behavior of certain customers, the lack of attention from the staff—who always seem to be “in training” but never actually helping—and how dirty the place is, the experience is just awful. On top of that, no one seems to care about how bad the place smells. There’s also bullying happening inside, and speaking to the manager is a complete waste of time. Always a line for most machines and weights.
I hope the management focus on there employees. How to be professional. The employees was cleaning the locker room on the top of our head, and there is a lot of dust in our face. I hope next time he suppost be more professional. Thank you
