I previously left a 5-star review, but after what happened, I had to change it. Without any explanation, my card was charged $29.86 on January 4 I called them and was told it was a mistake and would be fixed. Then I noticed another charge of $26.72 on January 5. . I called again and even spoke to the manager. They admitted it was an error and promised a refund. Instead of refund , today, January 7, my card was charged again for $39.73. Attention Scam alert! Cette entreprise n’a qu’un seul but, prendre de l’argent dans vos poches. j’avais été attiré par une promotion pour deux mois d’essai pour ma jeune fille. Sans aucune obligation. Et ils ont tout de même continué à prendre des prélèvements sur ma carte après ce deux mois. Terrible location the worst customer service or any service really I don't recommend going to this location I'm not knocking buzzfit as a gym but don't go to brossard location never answer phone never anyone working at a desk and if there is some how after waiting half hour for someone to show up they basically don't do anything they all say they will show management or that you have to email very very terrible service seriously thinking about a new gym period after this interaction buddy said it's 11o clock that if we want ... read more
