We called this company on Wednesday of last week. They sent a technician out on Thursday. We paid him $100 to "look" at our plumbing! He aadvised that he had to send another tech to access the problem and he would be able to quote us a price. WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY WE STILL WAITING??? THE ONLY REASON I RATED THEM A 2 IS BECAUSE THE RECEPTIONIST WAS GREAT!
We had a water main break that Buzzell was able to take care of quickly and efficiently! We were very impressed with the plumber that arrived to affect the repair, and explain the specifics of the break.
