Marvin Picon and Marvin Parker did a fantastic job installing an HVAC unit at my residence. They were professional and efficient. Because of the two Marvins, I will ardently recommend to my friends and associates that they should check out Buzzell whenever they need HVAC services.
So our heating was acting up earlier in the week. We were actually using a different company but the quote they gave was absurd. So we called Buzzell to come out. Not only did they quote us substantially less they got us running in just a couple of hours. Joe and Anthony took really good care of us this holiday season! We definitely recommend Buzzell.
We discovered a gas leak under our home yesterday and today it’s already fixed and we’re back to having hot water! Issac was super thorough after fixing our issue to check all the other areas where there could potentially be a leak, then he relit our pilot light. So thankful for the peace of mind we now have knowing our home and family are all safe.
95 degrees with no cool air is miserable, but thanks to Diana in terms of scheduling as well as Nate and Hamp, the technicians, the cooling has begun. All team members I had dealings with were professional, efficient, personable and caring. I could not have asked for better service! Thank you very much!
