Tom Buzzard Co. recently installed a new roof on my home in Fuquay-Varina and I couldn’t be more impressed. The crew with Pablo was outstanding, very detailed, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They hand-nailed everything and used CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in the beautiful Moire Black color, which really elevated the look of the house. I highly recommend the Tom Buzzard Co and recommend them to my friends and family. They explained that some repairs needed to be done as part of the work. Installed the roof when they said they would and I feel I can rely on them during the warranty period to stand behind their work. I will use them again when one of my properties needs a new roof.
Tom's crew replaced a roof for us that had two skylights that had always leaked. After the roof replacement - no more leaks! I was really happy with the work they did and would not hesitate to hire them again the next time we need a new roof!
I'm afraid I cannot recommend Tom Buzzard Roofing. I'm glad so many people had a positive experience, but mine was not. I hired Tom to replace my roof, and paid more than other quotes, because I wanted a quality roof. I've had multiple problems with my roof installed by Tom, and Tom fixed some. They included: Shingles not nailed properly where the nails were not driven all the way in, causing the nails to tear through the shingles. Shingles that were glued on falling off.
